Physical Fitness is a very
important part of Mountain Boarding. Training and eating well is essential
to being a good all-around Mountain Boarder. When you ride an All-Terrain
Mountain Board you use muscles and internal energy sources that you may not normally
use in other sports. The tips provided on this page are for your
