Physical Fitness is a very important part of Mountain Boarding.  Training and eating well is essential to being a good all-around Mountain Boarder.  When you ride an All-Terrain Mountain Board you use muscles and internal energy sources that you may not normally use in other sports.  The tips provided on this page are for your informational use only.  As with any physical activity, you should always consult a physician before beginning any type of potentially strenuous exercise.
